Returns
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. I'm generous with my return policy because I want you to be happy with every purchase. If you would like to initiate a return please, email me at henry@henrystore.net.
Please note — if you have worn your item extensively I'm not going to accept a return. If it's the wrong size or has an issue with quality, I'll happily accept a return. Just common sense return stuff.
International orders are not eligible for free returns, you must return the item yourself. Apologies but international shipping is very expensive.
Missing package
Did USPS lose your package?
I would highly recommend contacting them before me, as usually there is nothing I can do. If your package is truly lost forever, I will see what I can do about replacing it for you.
If you are international and the package is lost, I'm sorry but you are probably out of luck.
If you are international and your package was bounced back to my studio, you will have to pay for shipping again. Please make sure your address is correct and you have attached a phone number and email address!
Ink stain
Hand printing is not an excuse for messiness, but mistakes do happen. I would consider pinholes, slight mis-registrations, and other minor issues to be a part of the design, as I print using an older manual press and the prints cannot be 100% perfect every time.
Most of the time, small stains and fingerprints can be lifted off the shirt using some tape. Push the sticky side of some duct tape or painters tape into the ink and lift repeatedly. Usually this ink isn't too deep into the fibers of the fabric and can be removed with some patience.
If you have a more serious quality issue, please contact me and I will do everything I can to make it right.
Where is my package?
This isn't fast fashion. Almost everything is made-to-order, unless otherwise specified. While I do try my best to ship everything as quickly as I can, I don't have any employees, and rarely do I have help in the studio with printing or shipping. That means everything is done by 1 person. Shipping, printing, labeling, emailing, designing, marketing... the list goes on. Please be patient with me while I work through the orders. If it's been longer than 3 weeks, feel free to email me and I can give you a better estimate on when your order will be ready.
